I’m Dr. Scotty Kimball (friends and partners just call me Scotty) — an organizational psychologist, venture capitalist, and executive advisor committed to helping leaders build businesses with real structure, enduring stability, and clear direction.

Over the past two decades, I’ve partnered with founders, CEOs, private equity firms, and investment teams across North and Latin America to scale organizations, develop leadership capacity, and position companies for successful exits. Several of these ventures have grown beyond $100 million in enterprise value — not just because of aggressive strategy, but because we built the right systems and surrounded them with the right people.

My background blends academic insight — a PhD in Organizational Psychology — with hard-won experience inside boardrooms, growth-stage companies, and complex merger environments. I specialize in unlocking enterprise value by focusing on what truly matters: disciplined execution, aligned leadership, and strong foundations that can weather volatility.

I’ve seen what happens when businesses lack structure, and I’ve helped rebuild companies from the inside out — transforming potential into performance, and ambition into long-term results.

Today, I advise investors, operators, and executive teams on how to scale responsibly, lead intentionally, and create lasting value in their organizations.

I have amazing partners and am actively managing a family office with investments in over 20 growing businesses.
